Star Wars

Honestly, watching Star Wars isn't as bad as i thought. I have never sat down and watched one of the movies before, but i have had some basic knowledge of the characters. Like Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Darth Vader, etc. This movie has all the good things that make a movie great. Like you have the good vs. evil (Darth Vadar vs. Luke Skywalker) and a little love story between the princess and Han Solo, it has a great plot.
The good vs. evil aspect of the movie is typical. The evil is well known from the begining by wearing black. Darth Vadar is the typical bad guy. He wears black has a cape and i love it how the music all of a sudden turns whenever he is in a scene. The good person is of course Luke Skywalker he looks a little boyish and has little kid type of attitude.
As much knowledge that I had of the plot before I watched the movie. I was shocked that I didn't know that much as I had suspected. There is a lot of details that I didn't know and I also didn't know that much about the characters either.

yeah, i'm glad you mentioned the music, and how it announces vader's scenes. this is a good example of how movies are different than books. i wonder what your thoughts are on how this same technique (music and mood) is accomplished in books. what about the book you're reading.

glad you are pleasantly surprised in your enjoyment!

In the book that i'm reading every time the mood changes you can tell by the way the main character reacts to it by the way he says certain things. Or how short he is when he is talking to another person.
